The Second American Revolution

The American Messiah 

After years of endless searching, they have finally found their chosen messiah. He is the golden calf who sits on his golden throne, a beast of endless corruption who demands worship and adoration. They bow before him while he sings his songs of grift. To their demon god, they bring that which he desires most in all the world: money, money, money. 

"More money. Please more money NOW! Stop the steal. Buy my bibles. Attend my university. Drink my water. Eat my steak. Just give me more money. All of it please until....until you are mine entirely, until my endless gluttony is fed with your money and the blood of your people. I will devour all. I am the eater of democracy"  

Descending from his throne at 725 5th Avenue, the King of Trump tower is their false prophet. And they feed their gluttonous golden god until he is gorged, busting at the seams, but he is never full because his desire is unquenchable.  He, who has married three times, fucked porn stars, and raped multiple women, as well as a 13-year-old little girl is the chosen candidate of the Christians in America. The new Jesus will not come to make all things new and restore a broken world. They want Barabbas! "Give us Barabbas," they scream. He will not come as a lamb. There is no peace to be had. No, the new Jesus will come covered in gold, bearing a sword to slay the enemies they have dedicated their entire lives to eradicating: you and me. Finally, an answer to their sordid prayers and his name is Donald J. Trump. 

Ever since the Goldwater era, the Christian right has looked to turn the United States into a theocracy. It was the conservative 1964 Presidential candidate Barry Goldwater who said, 

"Mark my word, if and when these preachers get control of the Republican party, and they're sure trying to do so, it's going to be a terrible damn problem. Frankly, these people frighten me. Politics and governing demand compromise. But these Christians believe they are acting in the name of God, so they can't and won't compromise. I know, I've tried to deal with them." 

Goldwater was correct in his assessment and if the Trump era has proven anything, it's that the 1964 presidential candidate had every right to be terrified. After the Supreme Court's recent presidential immunity decision, the President of the United States is now king, immune to any and all law, so long as he acts in official capacity and lacks the scruples necessary to regard the oval office with integrity. Enter career scumbag Donald Trump. 

The 88-time indicted rapist and convicted felon has already proven that scruples won't be a roadblock when it comes to accomplishing a sinister agenda. The convict turned Bible salesman used his first four years in office to divide the United States and accomplish goals set forth by his handlers in Mother Russia. Trump antagonized and baited protestors with daily rants, many of which were racist, all of which were filled with hatred. His hate-filled rhetoric came with intent, and that was to escalate a situation from which he could exert his power as president. With the Constitution in complete disregard, Trump asked Defense Secretary Mark Esper. 

"Can't you just shoot them? Shoot them in the legs or something."

Esper ultimately convinced Trump not to shoot those exercising their constitutionally protected right to protest, but if Trump is elected in 2024, there will be no Mark Esper. Long gone will be those who restrained the former president. There will be no Mike Pence, whom Trump wanted to murder after the 2024 election, urging a violent mob to finish off the Vice President of the United States. Long gone will be General Jim Mattis, who while serving as Secretary of Defense, found Trump so vile as a man, that he went out of his way to avoid him. If Trump takes the White House in 2024, the circus of nefarious evil will follow. "Men" like Steve Bannon, who is already promising to imprison democrats and other political rivals, will serve to advise Trump, and the wickedness espoused will surely have the orange man's ear. In the end, wickedness is what it's all about, the ability to destroy another just because you can, just because power allows. If Trump is inaugurated as President of the United States in January 2025, this time he will bring all of the clowns with him including Kevin Roberts. 

While that name may be unfamiliar to many, Roberts might just be the most dangerous man in America. Head of the ultra right-wing Christo-fascist Heritage Foundation, Roberts has plans for his golden calf Messiah, and plans for the rest of us. In response to the recent Supreme Court immunity that effectively turns the presidency a kingship, here's what Roberts had to say, 

"In spite of all of this nonsense, we are going to win. We are going to take this country back.....That Supreme Court ruling yesterday on immunity is vital.....We are in the process of the second American Revolution, which will remain bloodless, if the left allows it to be."

Roberts, a close associate and advisor of Trump's, has a plan for the Second American Revolution. That plan is called Project 2025 and already comes fully endorsed by Trump. What it includes is the following steps toward dismantling American democracy and replacing it with fascism: 

- Eliminating the Department of Education 

- Using public funds to pay for private religious schools 

- Using public schools for the exclusive purpose of Christian indoctrination 

- Dismantle Civil Rights and DEI protections throughout all of the United States

- Eliminate no fault divorce

- Total ban on all abortions regardless of rape, incest, or health of the mother

- Total ban on all contraception

- Ban African American & Gender Studies at all levels of education 

- Tax cuts for large corporations and the 1%, tax increases on the rest of the population including the poor

- The elimination of all unions and worker protections

- The elimination of all climate protections

- Arctic drilling because the ice caps are melting 

- The elimination of ALL regulations on big business and oil

- Raising the retirement age

- Eliminating social security entirely for the elderly and disabled

- Promoting capital punishment with rapid "trials"

- The condemnation of single mothers with the purpose of returning to traditional families

- The overturning of Obergefell vs Hodges, which will eliminate the rights of LGBTQ people to marry and become the first step toward taking their children from them

- Dismantling the FBI

- Dismantling Homeland Security

- Using military force to break up protests

- Eliminating Head Start and free school lunch programs 

- Banning books and all curriculum related to slavery 

- Ending birth right citizenship

- Mass deportations and concentration camps for immigrants

- A Muslim ban

- The dismantling of the EPA, FDA, NOAA and other government programs that serve as a blockade for Christo-fascism

- To pack the Supreme Court with far-right judges like Comey-Barret, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch, all of whom were suggested by and promoted by The Heritage Foundation 

And that's just the start. The plan's implementation will begin immediately upon Trump's inauguration. Here's what C. Jay Engel, self-described "Heritage American," and host of the right-wing Chronicles Magazine podcast has to say about Project 2025,

In what will be a rapid whirlwind of fascism of which the likes have never been seen before, Axios describes the early days of a potential second Trump term in the following:

President Biden is old. This is no secret. His physical skills have diminished, as have his debating skills. The President, now 81, walks and speaks like an octogenarian. He also carries with him the enormous weight of the presidency, and it is visible. But Joe Biden is a good man, and the president is no fascist. Instead, he holds dear the values of American democracy, that all people are created equal and that in America, there are no kings. Despite his advanced age and the limitation it brings, Biden has proven to be an effective leader, leading America out of the failed Trump economy and the Covid-19 pandemic. While he may fail to communicate effectively the numerous wins of his own administration, he is and always will be a superior candidate to one Donald Trump. What the mainstream American media fails to recognize is that almost anyone would be superior to a convicted felon rapist who openly fantasizes about being king with unlimited power. Joe Biden is a president, not a king. Trump, on the other hand is a puppet to the likes of the Vladimir Putin and the Heritage Foundation. While he may be a small and inept man, his true purpose is that of a Trojan Horse, to allow those who would seek to destroy America, entrance into the White House. Their goals are clearly and openly stated. They seek to dismantle American democracy while ushering in a new age of Christo-fascism. The choice is clear and to propose otherwise is simply and unequivocally un-American. 

With the far-right already having a 6-3 majority on the Supreme Court, it is estimated that the winner of the 2024 presidential election may be able to select as many as 5 justices during his four-year term. This would be a game changer in American politics. The 2024 election will determine the outcome of our democracy project, which began in 1776. We will either return to being ruled, or We The People will show up to show false kings and little "g" gods that the people are still the true rulers of our own government. The American people have one opportunity to stop the Heritage Foundation's plan for fascist Project 2025 takeover: VOTE. 

If we become complacent, if we fail to rise to the occasion, our democracy will die, and our freedoms along with it. The oldest, greatest democracy in the world will be laid to rest, and so with it the land Ronald Reagan once called, "the shining city on a hill." She will close her eyes and never rise again. We will miss her. We will weep and no one will hear our cries. No one will come to save us. No Superman, no messiah, only us. It was always only us.
