It's Gotta Be The Shoes

Conman Donald Trump's attempt to swindle the Black community with sneakers

Last month professional grifter and insurrectionist, Donald Trump, released his own shoe line with the specific intent of appealing to Black voters. The nauseatingly tone deaf campaign saw Trump raffle a pair of shoes purchased by none other than a Russian connected oligarch for a paltry sum of $9,000. No, the sneakers weren't made of gold. Like everything else in Trump's life, the gold is indeed fake, but the pair of shoes did come complete with Satan's autograph.

One of these is born every minute

The sneakers were mass produced, oddly looking quite a bit like sneakers that are widely available via Chinese company Temu's website, only with the Trump logo slapped on them. They initially saw a retail price for the small amount of $399 USD, with all proceeds going to the further Russian takeover of American politics. The shoes were obviously not a hot seller and were marked down to just $99 only a week later on Trump's own website.

As what happens most often, the religious zealots that routinely kiss Trump's own boots, never let a good opportunity go to waste when it comes to embarrassing themselves and the faith they claim to represent. EWTN host and Fox News wasteland contributor Raymond Arroyo recently kissed Trump's ring by praising the disgraced twice-impeached former president for his ingenuity and ability to reach :checks notes: the Black community.

According to Arroyo, Trump is connecting with Black America because:

They love sneakers. They're into sneakers.....this is a big deal, certainly in the inner city. So when you have Trump roll out his sneaker line, they're like, 'Wait a minute, this is cool!'

The Catholic EWTN network inexplicably fired two Black hosts without reason in 2020, leading many to speculate that it was done in response to the hosts' support for social justice issues.

There is now a petition to remove right-wing bigot Arroyo from the network, which can be signed HERE

Meanwhile, the shoe trend and its accompanying stupidity seem to be spreading to our southern neighbors in South America. Fellow right-wing bigot and president of Argentina, Javier Milei, also has his own shoe. The shoe features the emblazoned print "afuera," which translates to outside. Milei, like Trump, promotes himself as a government outsider when in reality it's all really more of the same: a grifting pick-pocket stealing the people's money to line the pockets of the rich.

With the aid of Russian propaganda, the electorate keeps falling for the same grifts, enticing even more to follow. There is no doubt that these far-right politicians still carry enormous influence that can and only ever will be stopped when it is fully repudiated at the ballot box.
